How it works
From checkout to signed in.
- 01
Pick it at checkout
On the create screen choose OpenClaw instead of a bare OS. The list only offers apps the plan has room for.
- 02
The server installs it
OpenClaw runs in Docker on the server. The install finishes a few minutes after first boot.
- 03
Sign in
Sign in as admin with the password shown in your dashboard, then add your own AI provider key on the server. The assistant can run commands on the server, so treat that sign-in like a root password.
What you get

Is OpenClaw free?
Yes. OpenClaw is free to run. You only pay for the server plan.
Can I still use the server for other things?
Yes. The server is a normal VM with full root access. OpenClaw is a head start, not a lock-in.
Who keeps OpenClaw updated?
You do: OpenClaw runs on your own server, so you update it the way OpenClaw recommends, when it suits you. The AI agent on the server can run the update for you from chat.
Can the AI agent manage OpenClaw?
Yes. The agent runs on the same server, so it can update, restart, back up or troubleshoot OpenClaw from chat.
OpenClaw, running when the server boots.
Pick it at checkout. Your sign-in details appear in the dashboard a few minutes later.
